FDA Approval: Innovation Medical Technologies (IMT) has recently received notice of FDA approval granted to Showa Ika Kohgyo Co. Ltd., for marketing the MYKRES Spinal System. IMT is the exclusive distributor for SIK in North America. The MYKRES Spinal System offers a full line of implants for various spinal surgical cases. MYKRES system pedicle screws are maximum low-volume and low-profile available in two rod sizes.
New VBR Spacer: IMT will be introducing an innovative new vertebral body spacer in PEEK and Titanium. This spacer has been used in some of Japan’s leading university hospital systems. Other product items, including a spinous process device for posterior spinal fixation and fusion, a posterior cervical system and an ALIF device will become available in the coming months.
